For workshops, we are happy to offer your child a catch-up workshop
(subject to availability) or a 50% refund of the fee.

For school clubs, we are unable to offer any catch-up sessions or
refunds for any missed sessions due to illness.

No prior cooking experience is necessary. Our Cookery
After-School Club welcomes children of all skill levels, from
beginners to budding chefs. Our expert instructors provide guidance
and support to help children develop their culinary abilities.

For school clubs, we only refund for missed sessions if we or
the school cancel the whole session. We do not refund for missed
sessions due to school trips or illness.

For workshops, we require 7 days
notice to cancel a workshop for a full refund. If it is less than 7
days until your workshop, we would be happy to offer an alternative
workshop (subject to availability) at no extra cost or a 50% refund.

A full refund will be issued for cancelled workshops or clubs due to a teacher absent.

If there are any unforeseen circumstances and the school has to cancel due to an extra bank holiday or exceptional circumstances, then no refund will be given.
